Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt.
To return goods for any reason please call or email to request a returns authorisation number, which should be displayed on the parcel. Goods without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted. A full description of the fault/reason for return should be included in the parcel. All returns should be shipped via a traceable method.
The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by Lights and Parts. The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, or missing, will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.
