How do we ship our products?

Lights and Parts ships via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available, depending on the delivery location within the USA or Canada.

Customers may also provide their preferred courier (along with an account number if applicable) by including the details in the "Special Instructions for the Seller" section during checkout.

How do we calculate the shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your country and the order amount:

  • $99 USD or more qualify for free shipping (exceptions apply).

Note: Some specific or oversized products may not be eligible for free shipping.

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?

Shipping costs are based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. If an item is considered oversized or heavy, a surcharge may apply even if your order exceeds the free shipping threshold.

When do we ship our products?

All orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase, from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (listed below).
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the parcel has not been picked up or dropped off at a courier.

How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Important information:

  • All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If an order is returned, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
  • Processing time is approximately two weeks.
  • For USA returns, use USPS only. Other carriers are not accepted.
  • For Canada returns, use Canada Post only.

To request a return or exchange, email info@lightsandparts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are non-refundable.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is undelivered due to refusal, invalid address, missing mailbox, or customs issues, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Tax & Duty Charge

Customers are responsible for any applicable duty charges or import taxes on both delivered and returned products.

Border taxes or customs duties may apply based on your country (Canada or USA).

These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
